Foundational Approach: AATD’s tailors our training program to the unique needs of the customer using the American Society for Training and Development’s unique training needs:
- Review each employee’s job descriptions
- Interview and perform SWOT analysis to determine type of learner
- Observe them at work
- Gather additional data
- Analyze and prepare data
- Determine action steps to put effective training plan in place
Adult Learners Method of Engagement: AATD use various techniques to encourage interaction and participation for adult learners. They include on-line, face-to-face, and hybrid training. We leverage E-learning both self-paced and facilitated instructor-led. Our trainers are skilled in facilitating collaborative, synchronous and asynchronous learning.
Instructional Design Model: AATD uses the Instructional System Design (ISD) also known as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate) and SAT (System Approach to Training) or course development. ISD is a systematic and iterative method for creating learning experiences that develop and enhance skills and knowledge.
